Amado our salesman was friendly. We wanted a certain color in the model we were looking for that wasn’t at the dealer. Amado found that vehicle (Suburban LS) at another dealer in Miami and had it trailered to the Pembroke Pines dealership. He said it would take two hours and it showed up on time. Also, we didn’t have to do much negotiating on the price which was a relief to me as we had been shopping for an LS at other dealers and knew what our budget was, AutoNation was able to meet our budget! The Finance Manager, Sam was very friendly and not “pushy”. Overall, the entire experience was much better than I had expected.
