I recently had my vehicle serviced at Autonation Chevrolet in Pembroke Pines and was wowed by the professionalism displayed by the staff, especially Richard my service writer. He was very attentive and courteous and delivered on his promise to have the service completed in the time estimated. HUGE LETDOWN!!!This dealership has been very good to me in the past years! However, this last visit was very disappointing!!! I was charged for a tire rotation THAT NEVER HAPPENED!! I made a call to the dealership about the situation and got a voicemail from the dealership saying "we will reverse the charges" Its been TEN MONTHS since that call from Danny and still NO REFUND!!Oh I've called back a few times and left an email. NOTHING!!!HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT !!!They will NEVER get my money again!!!

Great service . I purchased a car from autonation Nissan and found a problem . Whent it back and was told to go to chevy store next door and they solved it . It's a no brainers autonation is the best for used cars, no crazy mark ups trust me while shopping I was hit with it and there warranty its awesome. Thanks
