The service advisor, Joe was great. This was the 2nd service within a 2 week period for this issue. My vehicle was there the 2nd time for almost 6 weeks, but Joe was on top of it and made sure I had a loaner which I appreciated because it was a long time. I am hopeful the issue is resolved and that I won't need to return for that issue again. I want to thank Joe for all his assistance, communication and understanding of my concerns and needs.
