My Chevy Trax would not start and I was arranging to get the car towed to the dealership. I called AutoNation for an emergency appointment and the woman (I believe, Deborah Gill) who answered the telephone was very pleasant, professional and helpful in assessing my needs. It was a pleasure speaking with her. I rate her as five stars I was happy with the service that I received. It turned out to be the battery and it was still under warranty.
