I had a great relationship with the previous Service Advisor (Arthur Kobbs). When, I took my vehicle in for service I never worried, because I knew Arthur was not going to call me until the work on the vehicle was complete. I never had to take my vehicle back so many times for service relating to the same issue as much as I have since the firing of the old crew and the hiring of this new crew. It makes me believe that you let knowledgeable people go to hire less competent people. After this recent experience, I will no longer bring my vehicle in, and will find a new mechanic shop, because I have paid more money on my vehicle for maintenance than I ever had in the past, and feel that things are being done to keep me coming back to pay money. You have lost a customer. Based on this last visit, I am rating it "0"
